Tips for healthy and proper nutrition

An anti-endometriosis diet assumes an important role as an adjuvant in therapy, enhancing its effectiveness and mitigating related painful symptoms, through a substantial decrease in the levels of inflammation and circulating estrogen.
We can define an anti-endometriosis diet as a diet that contributes significantly to the reduction of pain and inflammation, based on the combination of anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and hormone-free foods, known to be useful in slowing the progression of the disease.

Those suffering from endometriosis must be aware that there are some elements that, although they are generally to be considered healthy, are instead to be limited as they carry components that exacerbate inflammation (pro-inflammatory). On the other hand, however, there are foods that counteract and reduce inflammation (anti-inflammatory).
Endometriosis can therefore be significantly counteracted starting from food choices.
Remember that the anti-endometriosis diet must adapt to the woman, her symptoms, her medical history but also her social and work needs.
